clean roomthoughtful touchkid facilities
The housekeeping service provided a clean room every day. Towel animals was daily, a very thoughtful touch. My family enjoyed all the kid facilities at the hotel. I really love the big bathroom with both a shower and a bath.
The limited beach affected the view.

I just returned from a short stay. i had a room with a balcony. It was quite large. the bed was comfortable. breakfast had many choices. the staff was always eager to help me.
the orange lighting in the bathroom was a little dim.

the room was quite spacious. it included a large balcony with views. the included breakfast had a good selection of choices (especially the fresh fruit).
The gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. the pool area lacked sufficient shade during peak hours. i had some difficulty adjusting the room's temperature. It seemed stuck on a colder setting.

The hotel was impressively clean. The interiors are well-kept. The staff members were attentive. They all had a positive attitude during check-in, dining, and housekeeping.
Our rooms were not ready after a long journey after 10 PM. The 'upgrade' was a smaller room. I experienced long waiting times and room changes. The rooms were too cold, and adjusting the air conditioning was not possible.
